Spring is a time to plan, to sow the seeds of your hearts desires and creatively plan for the season ahead.

During this retreat we will work with the body to shake off unwanted stagnant energy, breathwork to harness your creative juices and sound with 1:1 reiki healing to help transcend the daily mental laundry. We will turn our attention towards letting go of habits that may hold us back and find clarity around where we are going and what we want to bring forwards into the rest of the year.

This day is the perfect introduction to energy healing work to explore and open your mind.

AUTUMN RETREAT - SLOW DOWN AND LET GO

GENTLE MOVEMENT PRACTICE, SOUND JOURNEY, AND GUIDED JOURNALLING.

Autumn is a time of deep reflection. A time to slow down and let go - inward. But not every one has the tools to do this.

We have put this day together weaving well-balanced movement modalities, Pilates for strength and stretching out the body. Coupled with a sound healing and an interactive guided journaling ceremony. These ceremonies will not only help to sift through the mental laundry but connect you on a deeper, spiritual level to likeminded beings as well..

This day is the perfect introduction to deeper healing work to ground and release.

THE VENUE

Cucumber Fields is a beautifully formed, relaxed and welcoming private members venue where rustic meets luxury. With a light, airy studio space, a comforting seat in The Pantry Cafe and the grounds outside offering seating around the pond, a studio platform in The Orchard and animal paddocks overlooking,


THE TEACHERS

Join a host of senior teachers for total immersion of body awareness. Utilizing breathwork to open your body and channel your mind. Alongside Yoga and Pilates to restore balance and alignment. The offering of ceremony and inner work will provide a safe space for healing and energetic shifts.

Maiwenn and Pippa, Kristi and Kim have over 50 years experience teaching between them and have been hosting retreats together around the globe together for 9 years!

Suitable for beginners to more experienced students, with limited spaces and 2 teachers MINIMUM you will be assured plenty of individual attention and guidance.

THE FOOD

The whole food, plant-based menu has been designed to support the gentle cleansing of the body whilst simultaneously nourishing all the body systems. Aiding the healing process from the inside out. Each meal will be lovingly prepared in-house using organic and seasonal (wherever possible) and presented buffet style allowing the opportunity to explore and create to your taste.. Then soak up the views by the pond and make friends with the venues alpacas, donkeys and goats! Or simply walk around the the rural countryside!

  • All other equipment provided but feel free to bring any extras.

  • Comfortable breathable sports wear. Yoga pants etc.

  • The retreat is designed to help you kick start your health and give you a well-earned break from everyday life. giving you the opportunity to heal, reset and refresh.
